When I was in Secondary 3, I was struggling really hard with my A Maths and had scored an F9 for my MYE. I felt really hopeless as I was way behind my class and didn’t even understand many things that were taught. I wanted to have tuition in hope that I could just get a pass for my A Maths. So my sister (student of WJE) asked me to give it a try at WJE which I eventually did. My first impression of WJE is that it is unlike other tuition centres. I have never been to a tuition that is so well furnished and uses a blackboard to teach. A really unique place to learn! The materials and notes given to us were great. Wayne even gave us bookmarks with formulas and a WJE exercise book to assist us in our learning. Wayne is able to reach out to every student and make sure that nobody is ever left behind. His classes are entertaining and very efficient. Finally, I managed to get a borderline pass for my EOY exams in Sec 3. In Sec 4, preparations for the O Levels were early. We did practice papers weekly and the workload was evenly distributed throughout the period. Hence, I am not really stressed out and worried for my A Math paper. Wayne even took extra effort to give some tips and practice for our E Maths so that we will do well for both of the subjects. In the end for my O Levels, I have gotten A1 for both A Maths and E Maths. Thank you WJE! :)
