even though I only joined wje for a short period of time (around 2-3 weeks just before o'levels), I feel that the teachers there are caring and they teach not for the sake of it but because they genuinely want you to do well. Since secondary three, I have always been failing my amath but wje was really helpful in enlightening me through the clear explanations. Eventually I got an a1 for my amath in o'levels. The constant practices and drilling done played a huge part in getting me to remember useful ideas and the crash course just before the examinations definitely aided me in my revision. The tests also allowed me to see where I stand and which areas need improvements. going to wje was a meaningful experience but at the end of the day, one must also have the correct mindset and push forward.

Before joining WJE, I was struggling with A Maths as I scored D7 for the first two terms straight during secondary 3. I started attending lessons at WJE and within just three months I managed to get an A2. Eventually I was able to consistently score A1 for every term up till the O levels which I have also scored an A1 for A Maths. I believe that the constant practices done at WJE were significantly helpful to my progress. The exercises handed out for each topic were also useful in helping me to master the different topics individually which allowed me to be strong at any topic. Weekly tests have also provided me with exposure to tough questions which allowed me to expand my field of knowledge. Overall, going to WJE was definitely a worthwhile experience however one must note that he or she must be willing to work hard in order to see the results.

I joined Wayne's math tuition at the start of Secondary 1. Initially, my Maths grade was a B3 because some concepts taught in school were unclear. However, during Wayne's class, everything is taught step by step, making it easy for me to understand. Gradually, my Maths grade started to improve and I started to enjoy the subject. In upper secondary, I continued with the tuition and managed to obtain an A1 for both E math and A math for O levels. From my experience in Wayne's tuition, I think that building a strong foundation in Maths is the most important. Practices are given to be completed in class and as homework so it really makes sure that you are clear of the concepts and your foundation is strong. The weekly test also allows us to know which concepts we need more practice on. We also start doing revision for exams way before the schools starts and this is of great help as early preparation is very important. The crash course revision before O levels was really helpful because it summarises everything you need to know according to the syllabus given by SEAB. Lastly, I am very grateful towards Wayne because he is a really devoted teacher who goes an extra mile to help every student achieve the best they can.

I joined WYE in Secondary 4, when my math grades were hovering between the B to C range. WYE makes an effort to focus more on the weaker/newer students by prompting them more in class. I found the weekly tests particularly useful as it helped to consolidate my learning as well as to keep check of my progress. From June onwards, we were each issued copies of revision packages consisting of exam papers from different schools and of different difficulty levels. The fact that WYE demands quality work from each and every student ensures that we are always on track with our learning. The numerous practices helps to polish up our skills and knowledge to sufficiently prepare us for our final exam. Nearing the exam, WYE provides us with crash courses which helps to summarise all that we've learnt so far for effective revision. Always feel free to approach the teacher or assistants when in any doubt as the lessons may be quite fast for new students. All in all, my WYE experience has been a great one and I am grateful towards WYE for helping me develop a passion towards math and also constantly pushing me to work harder in order to excel such that I was able to clinch an A for both mathematics in my O'levels. Thank you Wayne! :-) -Ting Yu

I first started attending Wayne's tuition when I was in primary 6. At that point in time,  I was barely passing math.  Wayne would start the lesson by going through basic concepts and then going through a few examples.  After that,  he would select a few questions from the package for us to try. I was usually struggling in class that time,  I would usually fail the tests he gives us and I had a hard time understanding what he teaches in class. However,  after a whole year of practice,  I managed to achieve a B grade in my PSLE math.  Wayne continued to teach me as I advanced to secondary school. As for secondary 3&4, i joined wayne's combined science class. I was struggling with physics and my usual combined science grade is a a B4 or C5. However, i started to slowly improve to a High B4 and low B3. As for O levels,  I got an A1. As for mathematics,  I was taking additional math and elementary math.  I was doing okay in my additional math but my emath was at a C grade. During our amath class,  Wayne would sometimes go through some emath questions that we are unsure of in class.  ( in the em package that he gave us)  it was really helpful and my emath improved tremendously . Finally I clinched A2 for both my math in O levels. A teacher like Wayne is really hard to find as he is really very devoted to teaching us and he really wants his students to do well.  I'm sure he has inspired many of us to work hard and I would like to thank for helping me improve & teaching me for the past 5 years!!

When I started taking Amaths in secondary 3, I struggled a lot because I don't understand the content being taught in school and my emaths wasn't good either. I scored F9 during MYE, which led to me joining WJE. Even though I still got F9 for EYE, my results did improved. I only passed Amaths during prelims after we were given weekly practice papers to do as homework and the tests every 2 weeks. Even though I only took Amaths class, but Wayne taught us emaths too during lessons when olevels were nearing. Eventually, I got A2 for Amaths and A1 for Emaths in olevels. Wayne also paid attention to every students in class and ensure that we understand what he was teaching so that we won't be left behind. The notes and bookmarks given were also really helpful because they enabled me to recap on content I may have forgotten really quickly.

“Successful people are not gifted, they just work hard, then succeed on purpose.” This is a quote that I read on the internet ages ago that I live by. Surprisingly simple yet it packs a strong punch. During Secondary 1, the transition between Primary school and Secondary school was just too great for me to handle even though I tried and spend countless hours practising mathematics. My reward? Just slow and unfruitful progress for mathematics. By Secondary 2, I was demoralised and depressed and almost gave up on mathematics. The turning point is when my cousin introduced me to WJE. I was sceptical initially but eventually complied. I officially joined WJE after MYE in Secondary 2. Immediately, I started to notice a difference in my grades, C6 to B3 gradually for my mathematics. In Secondary 3, I decide to challenge myself and take up Additional Mathematics. With the constant guidance and close supervision of Wayne, I scored an unexpected A1 for my Common Tests in Secondary 3. I scored A1 for both of my maths during the GCE ‘O’ level. What kept me in WJE for 2 ½ years is that of the attitude and the dedication of Wayne and the tutors. None of them ever believe in just A1, they believe in excelling themselves. Hence the feature that you can only find in WJE is that students have to complete weekly test which students have to score 85% and above in order to not do corrections. Which pushes students to aim for perfection and excel themselves in the process. I would put my journey in WJE this way – fruitful and invigorating but tiring and stressful at the same time. No euphemisms or cover ups just the facts. I would leave this message to you, “Nothing worth having comes easy.”

Before i joined WJE,during my Secondary 3 EOY, my emaths was a C5 and my amaths was a E8. After that my Aunt recommended me to WJE which was right before Secondary 4 started, so i started taking lessons there and finally during the O levels i got an A1 for amaths and an A2 for emaths. A strong point of WJE is that there is loads of practice and that will train students to grasp knowledge of the general questions asked in specific topics. There are Edubites that come in different topics that are very helpful as they help you to answer more of the questions related to the topic! The crash course revision is very tiring, however, it would be all worth it in the end!!! All in all it has been a wonderful Sec 4 experience in WJE!!!

In Secondary 3 when amaths was introduced to me I thought it would be easy as i was already quite strong in my emaths but i was so very wrong. Amaths is a whole other world that i had no clue where to start. Without a clue on how to do amaths at all, I got F9 for my CA1, SA1, and CA2. As my eoys were coming about my friend recommended i try WJE as he said it helped him a lot so i went and registered for it. With only a few weeks of tuition and just a few short but intense classes, I started to understand the world of amaths which led me to a slight but important jump in my grade from F9 to a D7. Eventhough it's still a fail, WJE helped me improve in such a short period of time and i owe a lot of my success to them. As i stayed at WJE for another year my understanding for amaths grew till it became my favourite subject. I started to get more and more As for amaths in secondary 4. With all the help from WJE and hardwork and dedication i worked hard for my O levels and came out strongly with an A1 for both of my mathematics. I really have to thank my success in both maths to WJE as for the last month or two before O levels they taught us both emaths and amaths. I doubt i would have ever gotten these results without Wayne. Even the impossible like an F9 to an A1 is possible with WJE. Thank you Wayne!

When A Maths was first introduced to me in Secondary 3, i thought it would be easy, but i was wrong. I couldn't catch up with the class and was lacking far behind. Grades for CA1 and SA1? F9. By then, my motivation for Amaths was out of sight. But one of my good friends recommended me WJE and i decided to give it a shot.
I joined WJE mid-year during Sec 3. The ambience of the place itself is pleasant ; motivating quotes on the walls, well-lit lamps and a blackboard to teach the students. However, i must say that you have to put in the effort if you really want to score your As.
Hard work + Dreams + Dedication = Success.
WJE gave me a lot of pressure to work harder in order to achieve my desired results. They constantly give me beneficial notes, revision packages, exam papers, and bookmarks with formulas written in it. After getting a C6 for Wayne's hunger games, (WJE reference), I worked even harder and completed all the papers given by Wayne. In the end, I got A2 for both maths, jumping from F9 to A2 for Amaths. Thank you Wayne!

It was a very fun and enriching experience at WJE. I joined WJE about 2 years ago, since secondary 3 when my A.Math was a B3/4 grade and did not totally understand the fundamentals of it. I then joined with high hopes that I can better understand A.Math and improve my grades. Through the interesting lesson plans, my scores improved and achieved A1 for both Mathematics in O level. I am very contented. The well-organised lessons, useful exam papers and assistive teachers surely did help me a lot where I can be able to put what I learnt from WJE into my daily school assignments and tests. I am really appreciative of the teachers and assistants who have render much help for me. "Remember that you cannot always do what you like but you can like what you do." is a very enlightening sentence from WJE's 'Daily Motivator' that had lend a helping hand to me and I hope that you will be able to benefit from it too.

When I started Secondary 3, I started to struggle with A maths almost immediately. I realized I needed help for A maths as I did not want to struggle with it for my upcoming examinations and do well. That was when my friend Hakim who was a student at WJE introduced me to WJE to study A Maths. When I first entered WJE the cafe themed was really eye catching and they even had a blackboard where many tuition centers don't! Wayne gave his students many important and useful study materials and even have out formula bookmarks which were easy to use to study and remember A Math formulas. Wayne even had 30min tests after his lessons to test us on how much we have learned for that lesson. In my EOY for secondary 3 I was able to get an A2 for my A math and it was all thanks to Wayne's help and guidance. Soon the preparations for O levels had begun and Wayne made sure we did our work and studied really hard. Towards our O levels Wayne even made the effort to hand us E math notes and exam papers to make sure we'd do well for our E maths too. Thanks to Wayne, I was able to get A2 for both my E and A maths! Thank you WJE:)

I started with wayne jones education a few weeks before my sa1s in sec 4. I had gotten consistent E8s and F9s for both E and A maths in the countless exams beforehand. I was struggling very heavily in maths due to the fact that i paid no attention in class during sec 2&3 and thus I was completely lost when learning about more advanced topics. What striked me as being particularly unique about WJE is its unorthodox teaching environment. In stark contrast to the bare white concrete of many other tuition centres, the warm and inviting wooden deco along with the many trinkets and ornaments lying around gave a very relaxed vibe to the whole classroom, which I feel makes for more conducive learning. Wayne's teaching style is very efficient as it gets the point across quickly, leaving ample time for questions and practices. Notes given are very helpful as they provide a very concise summary of content for easy reference and the homework that is given every lesson is perfectly managable even with the increased homework load from my school closer to the O Levels. My O level results for E and A maths were A1 and A2 respectively. This incredible improvement in such a short span of time, I feel, is representative of the sort of efficiency I have come to expect of such a learning environment. I have high praises of WJE as it allowed me to quickly catch up on my many weaknesses in maths and improve greatly on the topics I was already familiar with.

During sec 3, my math grades weren't brilliant, I usually get a C6  or a C5 for my Emaths and Amaths. I felt very worried as the following year was my O's. It was at this moment when my brother attended WJE for his A's. I was taken aback by his sudden improvement in his grades. So, I decided sign up during Nov 2015.WJE is unlike any other tuition centre, I would say that it was a second home to me, the tutors there were very friendly and Wayne's motivation keep driving us towards excellence. He would keep track of every student's progress and occasionally will ask us how are we fairing in our school examinations. As a reward, he would usually give us Mac Vouchers for our efforts on handling our homework on time. Attending his lessons really help me boost my understanding on certain math topics that I am still unsure of. His weekly quiz were very helpful as we are able to know how well we understand certain topics. Thanks to Wayne I am able to obtain A2 for Amaths and B3 for Emaths.
