Testimonial by Cherie Chan 2017

Before joining WJE, i remember struggling with mathematics ever since Sec3 when i first took up Amaths. I have never passed a single exam back then, and getting a F9 was indeed demoralizing. However, my grades took a turn when my friend introduced me to WJE at the beginning of Sec 4. Wayne's constant support acted as my confidence booster in terms of handling Amaths. His precise teaching style makes learning Amaths more interesting and manageable. He provides 1 to 1 guidance and specific feedback for each of his students so that we are clear about how to correct our mistakes. Under his guidance, i eventually managed to score an A2 for Amaths and A1 for Emaths, which was previously deemed unimaginable in a span of less than a year. I really appreciate that the centre provides adequate learning materials such as formula bookmarks and practice papers to enhance our memory and strengthen our skills. The assistant teachers were extremely friendly and helpful too, and were efficient in terms of marking and returning our work. The tests were also perfect for me to track my progess and improvement. I definitely did not regret joining WJE and im grateful that they helped me achieve my goal.
