I joined Wayne Jones in the second term of Secondary 3. I entered at a grade of b3 in amath. At that point in time my grades never surpassed a b3 and on some tests even fall to as low as a c6 , and I was determined to push my amath grade to a distinction. As I joined right before the mid year examinations, there was alot to catch up on. Im sincerely grateful that a one to one lesson was arranged for me to cater to my needs. By secondary 4, my math grades were constantly a distinction and for every examination, I knew I was well prepared. For o levels, I achieved A1s in both amath and emath. The materials and exercises given by Wayne were very substantial. Carefully crafted mini tests and quizzes were also given to help us realise areas of improvement. Everything there is unique and refreshing, from the cafe-like interior which provided a conducive environment to the bookmarks of formulas to the hunger games which is a geniusly designed test that all Secondary 4 math students sat for right before olevels. It gave an excellent gage on students' olevel grade for math and is definitely one of the most memorable tests I've ever sat for.
Wayne really helped me achieve my goals for math and for that I am thankful.
